Our Policies
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you.
We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s policies.
❀ All services are by appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins at this time.
❀ All services require a credit card to guarantee reservation. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show.
❀ If you are a new client, please arrive at least 10 minutes early to complete paperwork.
❀ If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will be charged a $10 late fee (or possible reschedule).
❀ Any cancellation with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of half of the service cost.
❀ No shows will be charged amount of scheduled service. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.
