Our Policies

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you.
We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s policies.

All services are by appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins at this time.
All services require a credit card to guarantee reservation. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show.
If you are a new client, please arrive at least 10 minutes early to complete paperwork.
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will be charged a $10 late fee (or possible reschedule).
Any cancellation with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of half of the service cost.
No shows will be charged amount of scheduled service. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.
